Belfast-based Energia’s entry into Ireland’s electricity market almost ten years ago has resulted in savings for business users of €170m on the island of Ireland according to the independent energy supplier. Celebrating ten years since start-up, Ireland’s largest independent energy business, Energia, says its €550m investment in the country’s electricity generation and supply business has placed it at the top of the industry league.
