How do I read my meter?

There are two main types of meter, Single Tariff Meters and Double Tariff Meters.
The Single Tariff Meters is the most common type of meter. It records all electricity usage on one dial.
The reading on this meter is 23453:

If you are a NightSaver customer you may have a Double Tariff Meter which has two dials.
One records daytime consumption and the other records consumption at night.
The readings on this meter are DAY 24621 and Night 00049:

Note: Do not include any numbers in the red box.

How do I submit my meter reading?

There are two ways to submit your meter reading:

1. Submit Online Meter Reading Form.
2. Simply call 1850 363 744 and speak to our customer care team.
